The Sales Coaching Program begins with a first time, free session to learn your situation, discuss possible strategies and outcomes, and ultimately determine if we are a good fit for each other.
Should we choose to move forward, we’ll start with an assessment and discovery, and then build an effective plan around your desired outcomes, timing, process and budget. We’ll meet in person or over the phone on a regular basis – discussing successes and challenges, managing accountability, reviewing and updating your goals, discussing open issues, concerns and opportunities, and developing ongoing priorities.
